We want your on-line shopping experience to be easy and trouble free and provide you with a flexible delivery service using our own fleet of dedicated delivery vehicles ranging from small one-man crew vehicles to larger two-man crewed box vans with hydraulic tail-lifts to cope with larger items.
FREE STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY
FREE standard local delivery service within approximately 30 mile radius of any of our stores (mainland only) for all on-line purchases over £125.
Orders will normally be delivered on a pre-arranged day of your choice and either:
We will book an AM (usually between 08:30-12:00) or PM (usually between 12:30-17:30) delivery on your selected day subject to availability.
Whilst we cannot guarantee a delivery time we will always do our best to accommodate special requirements.
A member of our TEAM will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange this.

FREE SAME or NEXT DAY LOCAL DELIVERY*
We can usually offer a Free Same or Next Day Delivery Service for in-stock products.
Orders placed before 12:00 can be delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered the next working day and in certain circumstances can still be delivered on the same day.
A member of our TEAM will call you to confirm the approximate delivery time.
Our delivery crew will place your order into an unobstructed ground floor room of your choice.
*This services is subject to a suitable vehicle & crew being available.
FREE LOCAL WEEKEND DELIVERY
If you are not available during the week we do deliver on Saturdays.
A member of our TEAM will be happy to assist you with this.
CLICK & COLLECT
If you’re in a hurry and would prefer to collect your item then this option is ideal.
You can order or reserve your item on-line and then pay & collect it from your chosen store Monday to Saturday between 09:00 - 17:00.

Stairs particularly narrow stairways
Gravel driveway or paths
Narrow entrances or walkways
We will not normally accept returns unless the products are faulty or damaged. In the event that you change your mind or feel that you have made a wrong decision we will do everything possible to assist you. If, at our absolute discretion, we accept goods for return a 20% restocking charge will apply.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event your order is received faulty or damaged please contact us immediately.
If your product develops a fault within its guarantee period, please follow the above instructions. Subject to the manufacturer’s conditions, we will ensure your product is repaired by R K Holman Ltd or an authorised UK Service Agent.
