We're looking for Sales Advisors with enthusiasm and a strong desire to deliver an exceptional service to customers. You will need to have a good knowledge of Audio/Visual and Domestic Appliance products, have a flexible attitude to working and be a Team player.
You will be required to help our customers through the purchasing process, and it is important that you are able to build a relationship with customers.
We will provide training on the brands, products and technologies that form our product range, a lot of which is carried out within our store, although there may be occasions where our partners offer training courses at other venues around the UK.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Communicating with Management, delivery & installation teams, customers, engineers, technical project managers and staff at all levels
Demonstrating and Guiding Customers in the choice of products
Sales administration, Processing, Printing & Checking Sales Invoices
Preparing stock such as Televisions, Washing Machines, Fridges & Freezers etc. for delivery to customers
After Sales Support to Customers
Recycling of waste packing materials
Booking in incoming & outgoing stock in a busy environment
Ensuring Paperwork is correct
Ensuring stock is displayed correctly
Regular stock checks
Maintenance of showroom displays including cleanliness.
Assisting with deliveries if required
Any ad hoc duties as and when required
Must be physically fit and healthy as this can be a very active position
Outgoing and positive personality
You will need to be able to work on your own, and as part of a team
Good communication written & verbal skills
A strong desire to learn and demonstrate the products we sell
Good numerical and literacy skills
Conscientious, with ability to pay attention to detail
Capacity to work under pressure
Full Driving Licence not required but an advantage
IT Skills required for stock systems & online courier portals
Be flexible and a self-directed hard working member of the team
Strong organisational skills
Working hours: Full-time & Part-time
